TH Create a website to help selling a villa
Website development for a luxury tropical villa.
Tranquility House is a villa on Ko Samui island in Thailand. For this project, we created the website, as well as all the photos and videos.
I'm an art director, designer and developer.
I've been creating visuals for the last 18 years. Both still and moving. Sometimes it means creating a website, a pitch deck or a motion graphics video. Other times — a whole brand identity or even a video game trailer.
I work best with startups. Which is to say, companies who want to move fast and break things, but also are not afraid of delegating the whole thing to a single person who prides himself in extreme ownership and versatility. Yeah, that's me, in case it wasn't clear enough.

The main value I add is not just extreme versatility, veteran experience and expertise. The main value — is that I know how to get to the core of the problem, and solve it using one of the numerous tools I'm proficient with.
Basically, you don't need to tell me what to do, I will tell you.
Alan and his team are extremely talented and they handle perfectly anything I throw at them — branding, landing pages, socials, even merch and events. They are fast and work really really hard, even when they don't have to.
What I do best - I identify the problem, and help you find optimal cost-effective solution.
I don't just create pretty pictures or sexy interfaces. And I'm not trying to do everything singlehandedly. I'm striving to get a handle on everything design and digital production to be able to delegate better.
I don't want to hear ‘this is impossible’ from a designer or developer, just because they're being lazy.
That's why I learned how do to graphic, web, branding, 3D, motion, UXUI, video production, sound design and even Unreal Engine animations — becuase that is the only way to make sure I'm getting 100% out of every specialist and then some.
What I live by - There is only two motives in this world: you can act out of love. Or you can act out of fear. The choice is yours.

I will never try to make a quick buck and shill you something you don't need. I build relationships with every client and go out of my way to deliver exceptional service and experience.
